The Tirupati Developer is one of the most dynamic and admired organizations in
the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors in Hoogly, West Bengal. More than three
decades ago, the visionary founders, Mr. Rajendra Rampal and Mr. Bishwanath
Sukumar Dey established the organization with a vision to change the real
estate landscape of Chinsurah.
The Group's successfully venture into Real Estate, created a series of

Mr. Rajiv Rampal, started his journey on a humble belief winning consumers through commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort. His fore vision has helped the organisation grow in geometric progression and also branch out into several sectors like Hospitality & Lifestyle. Mr.Rampal believes that a entity will not prosper until and unless all strategic stakeholders within the organisation like the customers, the suppliers as well as the employees are made to grow along with the Group.
Mr. Bishwanath Sukumar Dey, has more than 22 years of experience in gems and jewellery business. He partnered into Tirupati Developers, to strenthen and accelerate the journey of the group to premiumize their residential projects. Under the direction provided by Mr. Dey, the group has shown outstanding achievements and future potential in Real Estate.
